Centenarius

Can an accessory silently tell stories of passion that go back to the past? Thanks to the taste and talent of designers, sculptors and creative experts it is possible. The idea comes to life and is shaped, gesture after gesture, chasing the inspiration that brings distant civilizations closer together.

The Centenarius vase made following the classic Umbrian method of coating the terracotta, reveals in the folds of the “unique” accessories savoir faire at times unexplored, gestures that in the intimacy of the creative process shape new silhouettes for already known objects.

Thanks to an heritage that has been passing down from generation to generation, today the production of handmade terracotta uses the same techniques and materials of the past: wooden moulds, clay from the purest quarries, rainwater and cooking in the wood oven for bricks from warm shades. A method of craftsmanship that, through a particular treatment and clay cooking, leads to the creation of high quality handmade terracotta.

The skillful craftsmanship makes it possible to create custom-made pieces, unique items intended for the interiors and exteriors of homes, hotels, offices, professional studios, art galleries.

The spirit of contemporary research leads to the rediscovery of an ancient know-how, modeling the vases in three different heights, each unique.
