It is located in the historic centre of Rome, in Via del Pellegrino, not far from Campo dei Fiori. This is the place where Reserva Restaurante y Cocteles opens its doors, a unique address in the Roman restaurant scene.
A restaurant with a South American menu in an informal and elegant environment, with which we had the pleasure of collaborating in the work of the Diele Kerciku Architetture Studio. The cocktail bar in the main entrance represents the heart of the intervention: a tropical forest extends into the space, where the central counter displays a Blue Green labradorite top, worked on the top and backlit on the fronts, in an exaltation of colours, transparencies and craftsmanship.
